Ingredients

Salt and pepper

2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or chopped (You can use a rotisserie chicken to save time).

1/2 cream cheese bar

2 T fresh lime juice

2/3 cup green salsa

6 T chopped green onions

1/2 tsp cumin
-
1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp chili powder
-
1 pinch cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup queso fresco cheese, crumbled

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, lime juice, green salsa, green onions, spices and cilantro. Mix well. Add shredded cheeses and chicken them mix again.

Heat up tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds. Fill each tortilla with mixture and roll up tightly. Place on cookie sheet with a cooking rack on top of sheet. Lightly spray each side of the taquito with pam spray and sprinkle with salt.

Bake 10 minutes then flip over and bake another 10 minutes.

Serve with guacamole, salsa or sour cream.
