This family favorite recipe has served me well. It helped me get started in creating a home cooked meal as a novice cook, as a new wife and even a new mom. I cannot take the credit though, this is one of many that has been passed to me from my cooking hero, big sister Allie. ♥
Ingredients

4 cooked (shredded or cubed) chicken breasts

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 small can of diced green chilies OR rotelle tomatoes

1 small can of sliced olives

1 pint sour cream

3 green onions

2 cups monterey jack cheese

2 cups cheddar cheese

Tortillas
Directions

Combine onions, soup, chilies, olives, sour cream and jack cheese.

Remove 2 cups of mixture.

Add all but removed 2 cups to cooked chicken.

Roll mixture into tortillas and place in baking dish, spoon remaining 2 cups mix on top of tortillas and top with cheddar cheese.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes.
